2021 XCO AND DH NATIONAL CHAMPS
With racing having been put on hold for the last few months we have put together a stacked 9-day event program to include all the traditional National Champs events, but also some signature Maydena Bike Park events to round out the week.
Events include: Maydena Gravity Enduro, XCR, XCC, XCO, King and Queen of the Mountain, Trials, Pump Track and DHI

MAYDENA SIGNATURE EVENTS
Summit gourmet BBQ: Enjoy a feast 1,100m above sea level with a 360 degree view looking over the Southwest Wilderness.
King / Queen of the Mountain: Racers will have a dedicated start and finish at the top and bottom of the mountain, after that it is all up to you. With over 65 trails to choose from, racers will need to find the best combination of trails for their riding style to find the quickest route down the mountain.
Air Bag Sessions: New to Maydena Bike Park this year will be the Air Zone. With 2 air bags and a mulch jump, don’t forget to bring your dirt jumper! You can register for air bag sessions on site.
If you are riding the week leading up to the event, the best bang for buck pass option is the multi-day passes. All event entries will include a mountain pass that allows riders access to the climbing trail network for the duration of the event. DHI entry includes shuttles for race day only.

WE HAVE YOU COVERED
We will have qualified bike mechanics available all weekend for the event. As well as most replacement parts available in the shop.
If you require special or boutique parts, namely brake pads, please bring spare parts as we may not have all the various brands.

For National Championships Maydena Bike Park is inviting all teams, clubs and competitors to bring down their pits and setup in the tent village at the base of the trail network. The pit space is large but will be subject to space and will be limited to capacity. Pit sites are available as 3x3m or 6x3m sites.

Pits are first come first served so register now to get a good spot!
There will be a variety of food options out of the Canteen at the bike park, including healthy bowls, pizza, burgers and sandwich options. We will also be hosting a Sunset BBQ on the mountain top, which will be a great opportunity to mingle with the race crowd and enjoy some of Tasmania’s finest views.
The Summit BBQ is subject to a limited capacity and is sure to book up! Book HERE.
If you are planning to cook in your accomodations, your best bet is to stop in New Norfolk as you drive through and stock up on groceries for the weekend at Woolworths.
JOIN THE TEAM
No good events occur with out a dedicated volunteer team, this one is no exception. Volunteers will receive uplift credits for their efforts and will be fed all weekend!
