MOUNTAIN TOP FEAST
DINNER WITH A DIFFERENCE
Unique to The Summit venue, the panoramic view overlooking the dramatic Southwest wilderness is the best spot to wrap up your day in the Derwent Valley. A reimagined dining offering will give guests the opportunity to choose our Chef’s Feast which incorporates seasonal rotating dishes from our head chef Matt Griggs each week. If you are looking for a more laid back dining experience, grab a bite to eat from our new a la carte menu. Pair your meal with some of Tasmania’s finest wine, beer and spirits from our partners at Moo Brew and Willie Smith’s.
Chef’s Feast can be purchased inclusive with the uplift for $70. The Summit menu will be available separately, with weekly rotating dishes.
IMPROVED FORMAT
SUNSET AT THE SUMMIT
The Summit building will now be open from 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm and buses will leave approximately every 30 mins from the base and summit, with the frequency increasing based on demand. With a flexible operating format and the new and improved menu, everyone can join us this summer for a sunset at the Eagles Eyrie.
