January 6th – Mexicana – Tapas-style shared plates featuring classic Mexican dishes and some of Matt’s own creations

January 13th – Stadium Snacks – Think all your classic dishes to enjoy watching your favourite sport, but with a fine dining flair. Chicken wings, loaded fries and more.

January 20th – The Smoke Shop – This is our take on your classic American BBQ, smoked low and slow all day this will feature all your favourite meats from the grill.

January 27th – Peak Dining Experience  – To cap off the series we are raising the bar with a multiple course degustation. This special finale has a slightly higher price to allow for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
