A reimagined dining offering will give guests the opportunity to choose our Chef’s Feast which incorporates seasonal rotating dishes from our head chef Matt Griggs each week. If you are looking for a more laid back dining experience, grab a bite to eat from our new a la carte menu. Pair your meal with some of Tasmania’s finest wine, beer and spirits from our partners at Moo Brew and Willie Smith’s.
Chef’s Feast can be purchased inclusive with the uplift for $70. The Summit menu will be available separately, with weekly rotating dishes.
